It’s not as crazy as it sounds… okay, it is as crazy as it sounds — and that makes it one of our best sellers! We’ll fill your roll with a rotating selection of desserts like smores, apple pie, cherry cheesecake, and more.

A La(tta) Carte

Alongside your delicious rolls you’ll find one of our many sides or A La Carte options. Grab some Tatter Tots, Loaded Tots, Smokey Mountain Tots, Cabbage, Pulled Sandwiches and more just to list a few. When you get a combo item you’ll always get tots, and if you don’t get a combo you can just grab whatever your hungry heart desires.

Who would make something this crazy?

Jazmine Shelton & Casey Long, that’s who. Ever since I was a child I’ve had a passion for cooking. Whether I was cooking for my siblings or myself didn’t matter. I’ve always loved being in the kitchen. A few years ago, I started smoking meats; it’s amazing what a good cut of meat, fire, seasonings, and some wood can produce. It’s always been a dream of mine to cook and sell my food to the public, but I couldn’t have done it alone. With the help of my amazing kids, fiancé, my mom and my friends, my dream had finally come true.
